We have overseen assets across every HUD program, LIHTC and multi-layered sites. When a failed NSPIRE or MOR puts an agent at risk, we step in as interim manager — holding operations together, correcting what caused the score, and handing off to the incoming HUD-approved agent before a court appoints a receiver.

Who we are
Castor Properties was founded by two people who spent sixteen years side by side in affordable housing before they built a company around it — one on the operations and compliance side, one on construction and inspection readiness.
The name comes from Castor and Pollux, the Dioscuri of Greek mythology: twin half-brothers whose story is told through their journeys together. It suited a partnership built the same way.
